If you have insurance, please check that you are covered for mental health services from us. PSI is not a medical clinic and does not handle third party payments; the client is responsible for obtaining reimbursement from their own insurance provider. You pay your therapist directly at the time of services and they can give you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please confirm with your insurer what their requirements and procedures are, and that services you receive through PSI will be reimbursable. If you need other documentation, please discuss that with your therapist.
