Making an appointment:

PSI offers appointments during regular business hours, evenings and weekends. Once you decide which therapist you would like to speak with, we will help you contact each other and schedule an appointment. Please note that our therapists have different schedules or that the therapist you prefer may not be accepting new clients at the moment. If that happens, we’ll recommend another therapist for you.

PSI’s standard fee for individual psychotherapy is 4,000 baht per session. Couples and family sessions may be longer and are priced accordingly. Please note that as independent professionals, each therapist sets their own fees. If you require a reduced fee, this is an issue you can discuss directly with your therapist. Some of our therapists may be able to offer fee reductions for clients who have that need, depending on their current caseload and availability. If you need very low-cost or free services, please contact the excellent local mental health institutions or contact your embassy for more information.

If you have insurance, please check that you are covered for mental health services from us. PSI is not a medical clinic and does not handle third party payments; the client is responsible for obtaining reimbursement from their own insurance provider. You pay your therapist directly at the time of services and they can give you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please confirm with your insurer what their requirements and procedures are, and that services you receive through PSI will be reimbursable. If you need other documentation, please discuss that with your therapist.

PSI has a 24-hour cancellation policy:

If you must change or cancel your appointment with your counselor, please provide 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for the time you have booked. If you do not cancel, the session time cannot be released to be used by others.
